Throughout the program, interns are involved in real projects, from initial design phases to the final walkthroughs. They learn how to review blueprints, manage timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, interns attend workshops and seminars led by industry experts, covering topics such as sustainable building practices, safety protocols, and the latest technological advancements in construction.
