The Construction Technology Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and other construction technologies across assigned projects. This role drives digital innovation on job sites and within project teams—supporting proactive coordination, enhancing communication, and improving overall project outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in design, 3D modeling, engineering, or architecture.
Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP/FP building systems (required).
Strong ability to interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and related design communication tools.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Fuzor, Revizto, Assemble, and BIM 360 is a plus.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and other construction technology platforms.
Demonstrated passion for learning, adopting, and improving workflows with new technology.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead project-level 3D coordination with subcontractors, including managing model submissions, facilitating clash detection, conducting coordination meetings, and assisting in resolution of construction conflicts.
Create, enhance, or supplement models to ensure complete and accurate coordination across architectural, civil, construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems.
Communicate coordination issues effectively while supporting a collaborative, solution-driven environment with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the Clancy & Theys project team.
Support and advance the company’s construction technology initiatives by implementing, training, and maintaining digital workflows across project and non-project applications.
Develop presentation materials, visuals, and other digital content in support of project communication and business development needs.
Champion safe and effective use of technology on project sites in alignment with The Clancy Way.
