What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities & Maintenance Technician position at Clair Global?
Function:
The Facilities & Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintenance of HVAC filters. This role also supports building janitorial duties and assisting the Facilities team as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work as part a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions as well as working independently
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening
- Maintain and replace HVAC filters
- Maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license required; must be able to safely operate Company vehicles
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Physical Working Conditions:
- Ability to safely perform hands-on maintenance tasks
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in positions requiring standing, bending, reaching, climbing, or working in difficult areas and in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
- Comfortable with heights
