- Student Operations & Discipline : Manages the student body caseload; enforces school and district code of conduct; handles behavioral referrals; and tracks daily attendance trends.
- School Safety & Management : Oversees building operations; coordinates emergency drills; supervises facility maintenance; and manages morning, lunch, or afternoon bus duty rosters.
- Stakeholder Communication : Facilitates consistent communication with families; resolves parent concerns; and leads community outreach programs.
- Extracurricular Oversight : Supervises and coordinates student events, school dances, athletic events, and graduation ceremonies.
- Proxy Leadership : Acts as the executive administrator on campus whenever the Principal is absent.
- Degree : A Master's Degree or higher in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a closely related field.
