Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.
- Closing Sales: Present and sell community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers for satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
