Clae Goldman Team seeks a proactive Field Sales Representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy.
- Generate leads through door-to-door and retail channels.
- Presentation and sale of community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
