Essential Duties
HS diploma, GED, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position. Additionally, you are an active listener, naturally inclusive and compassionate with diverse populations. At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public and using customer account or billing software in a similar environment. CRW is a drug-free workplace.

- Respond to a wide variety of inquiries from customers, the general public and other District staff and departments providing information and assistance by phone, in-person, or email
- Resolve customer complaints and provide account and billing assistance
- Process and reconcile daily credit card and cash payments
- Perform a variety of billing activities to ensure customer bills are sent accurately and on time.
- Maintain customer database to ensure account and billing information is up-to-date and accurate
- Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts to collect outstanding balances
- May support accounts receivables/payables, as assigned
- Perform a variety of general administrative functions
