Position Responsibilities:
• Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with homeowners from start to finish
• Manage project details in our CRM system with accuracy and care
• Schedule measures, installation dates, and service appointments-keeping communication clear every step of the way
• Prepare detailed work order packets and materials for our Installation Crews
• Partner closely with our Client Experience Director, Measure Technicians, and Installation Teams to ensure seamless project completion
• Coordinate with local municipalities to secure necessary permits
• Follow up after installation to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
Position Requirements:
• Experience working with computer systems and office software
• Background in client services or communication-based roles
• A collaborative mindset and contributing to a positive work culture
• You enjoy connecting with people and can balance empathy with efficiency
• You take initiative, find solutions, and bring positive energy to every challenge
• High school diploma or GED preferred
Full time schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am -4pm
Pay:
$40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
