This role is responsible for maintaining structure, consistency, and accountability across internal office operations while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple systems, and taking ownership of office operations in a fast-paced, technical services environment.This position is fully on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & AdministrationOversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient work environmentManage office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facility needsMaintain administrative procedures and ensure consistent executionServe as the primary point of contact for office-related operational mattersAdministrative & Leadership SupportProvide administrative support to leadership and department headsCoordinate meetings, calendars, and internal office logisticsSupport onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and coordinationAct as a central liaison between departments for administrative needsDocumentation, Records & ComplianceMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsSupport HR and Accounting with onboarding documentation, timekeeping support, and expense trackingMaintain OSHA and compliance documentation in coordination with operations leadershipPurchasing, Timekeeping & ReportingProcess purchase orders, invoices, and receipts accurately and on timeCoordinate with vendors for quotes, order confirmations, and delivery trackingAssist with verifying time entries for office and field staffGenerate basic administrative and operational reports as requestedSystems & Tools ExperienceCandidates should be comfortable working within modern office and operations platforms, including:Project and task management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similarInternal communication platforms such as SlackBusiness phone/VOIP systems such as RingCentralCloud-based productivity tools (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365)Basic spreadsheet use for administrative tracking and reportingAll other duties assignedComfort learning and adopting new systems is required.QualificationsRequired3 years of experience in office management, operations coordination, or senior administrative rolesExperience supporting leadership and managing office operations independentlyStrong organizational, prioritization, and communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismPreferredExperience in construction, AV, or technical services environmentsFamiliarity with timekeeping, expense tracking, or payroll support systemsCompensation$25$30 per hour, based on experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Performance BonusWhy This Role Is ImportantThe Office Manager plays a key role in keeping Global AV Group running smoothly.
