About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production and fabrication processes—ensuring materials are accurately cut, assembled, and prepared to meet quality and delivery expectations.
You’ll work closely with the production team to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and tools properly using required PPE
- Cut, drill, assemble, package, and store architectural building materials
- Assist the production team in fabricating materials
- Ensure that all products meet required quality standards through regular inspections and attention to detail
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain knowledge of proper safety protocols
- Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Quickly notify supervisor of production issues such as equipment malfunctions or delays
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to support team needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Understanding of production workflows, equipment, and construction-related techniques
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and stand for long periods
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Current production hours (subject to change based on production needs): 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday through Thursday)
