Job RequirementsResponsible for maintaining relationships with current distribution network as well as sourcing new sales opportunitiesResponsibilitiesMaintain regular call list and sales cycle of current distribution network ensuring to follow up on product movement within territories and ensuring new orders are being placed on a consistent basisFocus on movement of new product skus and introducing them to distribution channelsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products andservicesProcess and ship all customers orders including distributors (internationaland domestic), as well as maintaining inventory to Shipbob e-commerce fulfillment center, Amazon warehouse and any other e-commerce channels acquiredEnsuring orders receive new product skus for market survey and samples for promotionMaintain spreadsheet report of all sales activities and shipmentsGenerate reports and graph of all sales activities and inventory movementPrepare Proforma Invoice and Shipping DocumentsPick and palletize domestic orders for shipment and shipPick and stage components for delivery to contract manufactures perpurchase ordersRequest delivery appointment with contract manufacturersPrepare and submit Logistics trucking requisitions to AccountingSchedule Logistics trucking company to deliver componentsSchedule pick up of finished goods and components return to stockReceive and inspect incoming goodsUpdate inventory records to reflect current stock levels to AccountingOpen and close the office as neededBenefitsJob Type: Full-time
