An industry-leading FSC® - certified paper converter has an immediate temp-to-hire opening for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing company.As Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be an extension of the Sales Department, responsible for sales quoting, sales processing, opportunity management, and sales reporting and shipping samples to Customers. You will support Account Executives through the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and striving to increase/enhance sales.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists Account Executives with the complete sales cycle (opportunity management, proposal generation, etc.)Communicates with AWP customers regarding products, prices, lead-times, order status, delivery, etc.Coordinates order management for new and backordered products with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and communication.Creates orders to maximize freight per truck of 24 to 30 pallets depending on product mix.Responsible for providing product samples to new and existing customers.Creates sales tools (i.e., estimate sheets, checklists, PowerPoint) and manipulates complex Excel spreadsheets.Serves as a customer solution advocate with a focus on delivering and maintaining an exceptional and personalized customer experience.Professionally manage incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.Complete data entry in the form of order entries and order acknowledgmentsWill serve as the back-up to the Customer Service Rep when needed.Constantly increasing job knowledge by studying new product features and benefitsPerforms quality work within deadlines with minimal supervision.Requirements and SkillsMinimum 5 years' experience in inside sales and order processingHigh School diploma or GED equivalentMust have above proficient skills in Power Point, Word, Excel.Must have experience in creating Sell Sheet (New product announcements, Reminders, Promotions, etc.)Ability to extract and manipulate data from various locations into (1) document.Strong adaptability and capacity to work in a challenging environment.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Energetic, responsive, helpful with a great attitude!Company DescriptionWe're the highest rated staffing company in California and have vast experience specializing in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, and food industry labor.
