As a Rewinder Operator, you play an important role in ensuring our printed products meet customer and quality standards before they ship. You’ll inspect printed materials, remove defects, and set up and operate rewinding equipment to produce finished rolls or packaged products according to specifications.

You’ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable, set schedules and competitive pay:

• Starting pay of $20 per hour
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ✅ No swing or rotating shifts

Are you detail‑oriented and motivated by hands‑on work that directly impacts product quality?

• Perform rewind and inspection work on printed products
• Inspect finished rolls based on customer specifications and standard quality criteria
• Remove defective labels from press rolls to ensure quality standards are met
• Set up and operate rewinding equipment to produce finished rolls or packaged products
• Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging requirements
• Perform quality checks and job approval or verification at the press as needed
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all quality and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of production operations
