Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Special Requirements and Independency: Ability to follow many different written directions
Traveling Required: N/A
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, reach, stoop, squat, climb ramps & stairs, push and pull, reach at or below waist level and occasionally overhead, drive (forklift), hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds (machinery alarms).
IT Skills: Microsoft Suite experience is preferred but not required
Language Skills: Ability to speak, write, and read English.
Interpersonal Skills: Adaptability, collaboration, communication
Problem Solving: Critical thinking, prioritization, Flexibility
Teamwork: Reliability, Accountability, Respect for Diversity
Communication: Nonverbal, written, and oral skills are required
Salary Range
The base pay rate is $23.00. In addition to hiring pay, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation.

Job Description
- Monitor and maintain tanks
- Load raw materials using PLC system
- Load raw materials using manual load system
- Dispose of used totes/drums and packaging as necessary
- Pump to vertical mills as necessary and samples taken
- Pump off tanks to designated packout tanks
- Unload raw material tankers
- Filter, transfer, and adjust liquids as described in standard operating procedures
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials, transport products, and assist in material handling activities
- Fill finished product containers as described in standard operating procedures
- Inspect equipment to include, but not limited to forklifts, pumps, lines/hoses, fittings, ladders, etc.
- Accurately record all pertinent processing data, including the addition of raw materials or intermediate products while processing.
- Fulfill written work orders as assigned
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- All other tasks assigned by management.
