As a Maintenance Technician you will provide maintenance services to all areas of the company including the building and equipment. The shift would be Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday from 6am - 6pm.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping CL&D Graphics, a division of ProMach, facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. We rely on you to help minimize downtime, support production, and maintain an organized, well-functioning environment where quality and safety come first.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping CL&D Graphics, a division of ProMach, facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. We rely on you to help minimize downtime, support production, and maintain an organized, well-functioning environment where quality and safety come first.
Are you motivated by hands-on work and solving problems that directly impact operations?
- Support all areas of the facility and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and PLC systems
- Troubleshoot issues independently using a methodical approach, while partnering with other technicians, contractors, and vendors when specialized support is needed
- Complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime and help ensure customer due dates are met
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating reliably
- Install new equipment independently and alongside contractors as needed
- Maintain proper inventory levels for tools, parts, supplies, and solvents
- Help ensure a safe, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment across the facility and maintenance department
- Provide on-call support (phone and on-site), document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance records

- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other information
- Mathematical skills; ability to use calculator
- Ability to be certified to use a fork truck and scissors lift
- Excellent communication skills with people throughout the organization & with vendors
- Detail orientation, value accuracy
- Able to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Organization skills & ability to juggle multiple priorities
