Electrical Technician/Engineer Needed- Haw River, NC

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role involves working in an industrial/manufacturing setting and requires proficiency in low/high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematics. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for building and maintaining electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation equipment
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, VFDs, and instrumentation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national codes
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance
- Assist with the design and installation of new electrical and automation systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or Industrial Electrician
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Familiarity with low to high voltage systems
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation and repairs
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
