Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

• Support skilled workers by performing tasks such as holding tools, moving materials, and setting up equipment.
• Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record details of tasks performed, and materials used.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.

Minimum Education and Experience
