As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting skilled workers in various tasks such as carrying materials, cleaning job sites, and operating equipment. We have several teams & departments that our Helpers support, including but not limited to:
- Yard
- Grinding
- Fitting
- Welding
- Detail / Design
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- OSHA certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
