Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC/WIRE EDM professional at CK TOOL & DIE, INC. in Erie, PA. The CNC/WIRE EDM professional will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC and Wire EDM machines. Daily tasks include interpreting technical blueprints and specifications, performing regular machine maintenance, adhering to quality standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC machine operation, setup, and programming
- Proficiency in Wire EDM machine operation
- Strong understanding of technical blueprints and specifications
- Ability to perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
