PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Subsidiaries' general ledger in conformance with GAAP including journal entries, related analysis, & monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain Subsidiaries' Fixed Assets, CIP, Depreciation, & related schedules.
- Manage daily cash & credit card deposits, process weekly ACHs, check runs, and upload positive pay.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to obtain necessary financial information and support business initiatives.
- Prepare and review sales and use tax, property tax, or other statutory filings.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling data, tracking actuals, and assisting with variance analysis.
- Perform process improvements & special projects.
- Produce management reports

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, required.
- 2 years' experience in an accounting role.
- Strong Excel skills required; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and continuous improvement mentality
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to keep sensitive and private information confidential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to improve and implement change initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
