What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Reception position at CK Associates?
The Administrative Assistant effectively performs clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires managing collector's portfolio and ensuring all related data is accurately recorded and maintained. The candidate will also provide administrative and personal support to the company's founder. This role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail, and looking for opurtunities to advance.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Manage daily emails as they come in from consumer, management team and staff
- Manage Bankruptcy Notices,BBB complaints, POA / Guardianship documents, Disputes, and Deceased account information
- Maintain all workflow queues within the collections system
- Process payments on mulitple terminals
- Keep track of payments
- Oversee and manage collections efforts, ensuring timely payments and reducing delinquency rates.
- Communicate with borrowers to address late payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Google sheets, Excel, Collections Max Admin.
- Maturity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
- Customer service orientation, always friendly and polite
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
Working Environment/Physical Requirements
- General office environment
- Typing/entering data almost continuously
- Sitting for long periods of time, some standing, some light lifting
- Use of basic office equipment such as fax, printer, copier, telephone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
