Responsibilities:
- Perform asphalt repairs and general maintenance
- Assist with surface preparation and job site setup
- Operate basic equipment and tools related to asphalt work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate job progress with team and management
Requirements:
- Experience in asphalt work or general outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
