Key Responsibilities
- Oversite of day-to-day Operations
- Review of previous days work / Making sure field work is up to high company standards
- Customer Relations - Communicating with our most important clients - Resolving problems
- Assist in closing of contracts
- Oversite of inventory - Weekly Orders
- Employee KPI's
- Monthly Continuing Education with field technicians
- Oversite of Fleet Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pest control industry (required)
- Proven management experience -
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in closing large sales
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
