Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in north east Dallas, TX for a New Home Sales Specialist. The New Home Sales Specialist will engage with prospective homebuyers to provide exceptional customer service, guide them through the home-buying process, and offer expert advice on available properties and community features. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating model home tours, and effectively communicating with buyers to meet their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Home Sales and strong Sales skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and client relationship management
- General knowledge of manufactured homes is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Results-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with the real estate market are a plus (HubSpot, Pipsy)
