About the Role

We're looking for Benefits Advisors to work on a specific campaign through our carrier partnerships — focused on supplemental insurance, ancillary plans, and benefits consulting for individuals and small businesses. What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to assess their benefits needs and present coverage solutions (supplemental insurance, telehealth, ancillary plans, and more)
- Build and manage your own book of business through a mix of warm leads, referrals, and outreach
- Leverage our advanced market team for complex cases — you focus on relationships, we help with the heavy lifting
- Stay compliant with HIPAA and state insurance regulations in all client interactions

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services sales (required)
- A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and time
- Strong communication skills — you know how to explain complex products simply
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual candidates are a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
