About the role
The Lead Specialist, Oracle Support Delivery will lead production support operations and client delivery for Oracle EBS financial applications, with a focus on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles. This senior operations role manages service performance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, process improvement, and service quality while ensuring stable, accurate, and continuously improving support delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary client point of contact for daily operational delivery, production support operations, and issue resolution.
- Lead delivery and support activities for Oracle EBS financial applications, including AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
- Support Oracle financial operations across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles, considering end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
- Deliver weekly and monthly status reports, operational performance reports, and performance analytics to applicable stakeholders.
- Create and deliver client insights using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore client delivery teams to support data analysis, review inputs for accuracy, and research and respond to client inquiries.
- Log, manage, and resolve operational issues while maintaining visibility into service performance and delivery quality.
- Continually refine Operations and Service procedures, standards, and policies to align with firm and client requirements.
- Drive strategic efficiency improvements through business process improvement and task automation across support delivery.
- Manage service quality issues related to service level achievement, performance, and delivery quality, and review ideas, suggestions, innovations, and problems for appropriate action or implementation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
- Oracle EBS financial applications skills in AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
- Experience supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
- Experience with production support operations, service management, operational reporting, performance reporting, analytics, data analysis, and issue resolution.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
