Associate, Warehouse Field Distribution. Supply Chain Ops

This is a combination of computer and floor work. It is mostly working in Oracle, transportation management systems, updating daily spreadsheets, and scheduling carrier pickups. The floor work is applying the shipping documents and packing slips to the shipments and assisting with QA when needed. This role is more of a combo between admin and floor work. Looking for someone with warehouse clerk experience. UPS data entry, and eye for detail

Start time is 7:00 am. One half hour lunch, a 15 minute break in the morning, and one 15 minute break in the afternoon. Overtime may be required. Saturday work is rare, but also may be needed. THIS IS A GENERAL LABOR TYPE WAREHOUSE POSITION. The day consists of unboxing copiers and parts, preparing copiers to be rolled into the shop. There will be bending, twisting. pushing and pulling. This can be light or heavy work. Very little of the day is sitting or standing around. Team lifting is required on anything over 50 lbs. We will provide training. No experience is required just an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and a desire to work in a fast paced environment that is not 100% climate controlled. You will be in and out of trailers. Dress code is Sneakers, No lettering on the shirts or sweatshirts. Jeans and no sweatpants or stretch pants. Need people who can work the required schedule and have good attendance, is open to being cross trained, and wants to be part of the Ricoh team.

Responsible for performing various warehousing tasks.

Position requires ability to complete assigned tasks and handle multiple product types.

Position is labor intensive.

Adheres to OSHA regulations in performing work tasks.

Efficiently completes all activities assigned by warehouse supervisor or Team Lead.

Responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse.

Will be required to work at a rapid pace to meet work deadlines.

Must have ability to learn various warehouse functions and processes.

Jobs can include shipping ,receiving, stocking order pulling, material handling, loading and unloading trucks.

Can be required to operate powered and non powered Material Handling equipment (Training can be required).

Responsible to adhere to all OSHA requirements (training will be provided).

Ensures all paperwork is completed and properly processed.

Financial Responsibility: can handle equipment in value from $1. to $150,000.

Meets appropriate productivity /quality standards relative to job responsibility as outlined by manager.

Can be part of a team that must have coordinated work efforts to complete department and overall operational goals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Minimum two years warehouse experience is required, or one year warehouse experience with our company.

Must have adequate reading and math skill, and ability to write legibly.

Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including, walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift up to 100lbs.

Must have ability to listen to direction, manage time and complete all work as assigned within established timeline. Must be team player and have ability to interact with fellow workers.

Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified.

Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.

Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns.

There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.

Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.

Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level.
