What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Civil Contractor & Engineers?
Description
The Project Administrator's (PA) will manage the shared material tracker and enter material procurement information per project. Will be the focal point of contact for the Purchase Order/Subcontract release process and will follow up with suppliers/vendors on shipment/delivery status and assist with freight arrangements, orders, missing parts/replacements and freight claims.
The PA will be vigilant about tracking released PO's and Subcontracts, submittal data, spec checks, Request for Information (RFI) and Change Orders (CO) etc. on project submittal tracking logs and registers.
The PA will be part of the project management team and will share information with the team with active verbal and written communication.
