What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Communication Consulting Services Inc?
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document and update databases and generate reports as required
- Review scope of work and project drawings; prepare job cost estimate and submit price quote to customer
- Track project status, issue monthly schedule of value invoices, and complete necessary project documentation
- Upon completion of project, compile actuals, invoice customer, and complete close out report
- Able to assist supervisory staff in overcoming on-site technical difficulties
- Other related duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three years of experience in an administrative and/or technical position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of PC and application software
- Good understanding of telecommunication activities
- College or business school degree is desired
WORK CONDITIONS
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
- Occasional Neighbor Island work
- Participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings
