Job Title: Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse)
Job Type: Full-Time
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support a team providing healthcare services to youth in residential care
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing medical care
- Ensure accurate medication management and compliance with care plans
- Educate children and families about treatment and healthcare processes
- Coordinate medical appointments, including in-house and external providers
- Maintain documentation in line with federal, state, and program standards
- Foster a trauma-informed, compassionate care environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Minimum supervisory experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old and 3 years older than the oldest resident
- Valid driver’s license and insurance; ability to transport clients if required
- Eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid
