Position Summary

We are seeking a board-certified, relationship-driven Internal Medicine physician to join our Washington, DC. This employed position offers the opportunity to practice highly personalized, patient-centered medicine within a collaborative concierge care environment — allowing physicians to spend more meaningful time with patients while benefiting from the support, infrastructure, and stability of an established national organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, unhurried primary and preventive care to a limited panel of members.
• Build long-term relationships focused on personalized, evidence-based care and wellness.
• Maintain seamless continuity of care, coordinating with specialists and hospital teams.
• Participate in community outreach and practice growth activities as desired.

Qualifications

• MD with Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• Active District of Columbia medical license and DEA registration.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program preferred
• Experience practicing within the U.S. healthcare system preferred
• Strong familiarity with U.S. primary care and reimbursement systems preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for preventive, patient-centered care.
• Prior concierge, direct primary care, or private practice experience is a plus but not required.
