Work Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support to clinical staff delivering crisis services
- Conduct crisis assessments, including evaluation of risk, mental status, and level of functioning
- Perform pre-admission screenings, triage, and provide short-term counseling support
- Develop and coordinate interventions to ensure care is delivered in the least restrictive setting
- Provide clinical and licensure supervision, including staff evaluations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
- Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCP) required
- Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical and management experience in mental health, substance use disorders, and crisis intervention
