Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of resident care and ensure clinical excellence
- Coordinate nursing services with other departments for continuity of care
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide clinical support as needed
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator
- Conduct daily clinical rounds and monitor patient outcomes
- Manage care planning, admissions, discharges, and RAI/MDS processes
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, PPS/MDS, and geriatric care
