Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional field marketing strategies across multiple locations
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand advocacy
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and revenue targets
- Act as the primary liaison between field operations and corporate marketing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, media, sales, operations) to drive campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies to meet revenue goals
- Oversee budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking
- Support local market analysis by visiting locations to understand competitive landscape and business needs
- Manage agency relationships and oversee both online and offline media planning
- Drive lead generation initiatives and coordinate with call center teams to support campaigns
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
- Proven experience managing marketing across multiple locations or regions
- Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing channels
- Demonstrated leadership experience with team management
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50%
