Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide center-based applied behavior analysis services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clinical excellence, team collaboration, and maintaining a balanced caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultation and oversee treatment programming for staff and clients
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure long-term client progress
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Implement innovative ABA methods, including Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
- Participate in trainings and professional conferences
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field
- BCBA certification
- Strong skills in behavior reduction and skill acquisition techniques
- Proven success in leading and managing clinical teams
