We’re hiring a Benefits Proposal Analyst in Lakewood, NJ (onsite). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with Excel, understands employee benefits, and likes turning data into clear, accurate proposals.
What You’ll Do
- Review benefit quotes from insurance carriers (health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD)
- Build clear and organized Excel benefit proposals using our templates
- Extract premiums, plan designs, and contribution details from carrier quotes
- Combine and clean multiple census files to prepare data for proposals
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely proposal delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Excel skills (formatting, formulas, pivots, etc.)
- Experience preparing health insurance or benefits proposals
- Understanding of employee benefit plans
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
