Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences aligned with CIVANA brand standards
- Engage guests through hosted experiences (e.g., Captain’s Tables, community activations, events)
- Lead Intention & Gratitude sessions in a welcoming, reflective environment
- Facilitate private and small group wellness classes
- Support setup, breakdown, and transitions for classes and events
- Partner with Operations team to ensure seamless daily execution
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of wellness and activity spaces
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or guest-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide range of guests
- Comfortable leading small groups and speaking in front of others
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and guest experience
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
