This Is An On-site, Full Time Position
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and updating SOPs, training manuals, policies, and procedures for all front office operations. Ensuring information is accurate and complete as needs change and processes evolve.
- Performing functions for various departmental positions as needed, according to operational demands.
- Using and maintaining all channels of communication, such as logbooks, memos, and whiteboards, to ensure all staff are up to date on critical information.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through appropriate resolution of all issues and complaints. Keeping all operational departments informed through the usage of service recovery protocols and procedures.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out experiences and exceptional service.
- Lead and support Front Desk Agents, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reservations, billing, and reports.
Requirements:
- One to two years of experience in a Supervisor role in Front Office preferred.
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Knowledge or passion for Health & Wellness.
