IDEAL CANDIDATES
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
Weekend holiday availability are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to resort guests with exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Adhere to standard recipes, safety, and health guidelines.
- Engage with guests and provide drink recommendations.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support the resort team in delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume setting.
- Familiarity with drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
- Food Handler’s Card and Alcohol Serving Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to resort uniform standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
