About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our Omaha, NE team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers to provide high-quality insulation solutions for residential and commercial projects. As a lead sales representative, you have the ability to work with an develop key accounts in the Omaha market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Knowledge of insulation products and construction processes is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $84,000 annually
- Plus: Commission and performance-based bonuses
