What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and identify their needs
- Generate opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, and territory prospecting
- Build trust by educating clients on project options, scope, pricing, and process
- Guide clients from first conversation to signed contract
- Keep organized notes and manage leads in our CRM
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Be part of the production process to learn and develop stronger client relationship
- Work directly with ownership to improve your skills and close more deals
What We're Looking For
You do NOT need years of construction sales experience. We’ll train the right person.

- Professional appearance and attitude
- Honest, no-BS approach
- Comfortable knocking doors, making calls, and creating opportunities
Experience in sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus — but not required.
Training & Growth
You’ll work directly with the owner, not some disconnected sales manager. That means real coaching, real field experience, and real opportunity.
