What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and identify their needs
• Generate opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, and territory prospecting
• Build trust by educating clients on project options, scope, pricing, and process
• Guide clients from first conversation to signed contract
• Keep organized notes and manage leads in our CRM
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Be part of the production process to learn and develop stronger client relationship
• Work directly with ownership to improve your skills and close more deals

What We're Looking For

You do NOT need years of construction sales experience. We’ll train the right person.

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Honest, no-BS approach
• Comfortable knocking doors, making calls, and creating opportunities

Experience in sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus — but not required.

Training & Growth

You’ll work directly with the owner, not some disconnected sales manager. That means real coaching, real field experience, and real opportunity.

We do not currently have a dedicated Sales Manager. That means if you perform, leadership opportunities can happen fast. The right person could move into a W-2 Sales Manager role quickly as we grow.

This role starts with 4 weeks of paid training, then moves into full commission.
