Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the clinic. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and supporting the veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets in a warm and professional manner

Answer phone calls and respond to client questions

Schedule and manage appointments

Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records

Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians regarding client needs

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
