- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and other communication tools.
- Develop and implement community engagement programs and activities.
- Build relationships with community members, organizations, and local leaders.
- Coordinate outreach events, meetings, and activities to promote community involvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts.
- Use social media and other communication channels to raise awareness of community initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on community engagement activities to stakeholders.
- Participate in community meetings, forums, and events to represent the organization.
