Role Description
This is a hybrid position for an Assistant Project Manager. The role is based throughout Greater Boston, MA. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating and overseeing project timelines, managing logistics, expediting materials, scheduling inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to support project planning, execution, and oversight.
- Skills in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to streamline procurement and material delivery processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to support efficient coordination of resources and schedules.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Experience in construction or related industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
