Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM [38.0 hours/ week]
Locations: Cranston & Providence, RI
Cityside Chiropractic Center is seeking a reliable, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to support patients and contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
- Verifying insurance benefits and collecting copayments
- Assisting the doctor with therapies and patient care
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- No prior experience required—we will train the right candidate
- Medical assistant training or background preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to work in both Cranston and Providence offices as needed
