Residential Sales Account Representative Position Summary: Responsible for all residential sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Meets business goals of signing customers up in residential areas. Give support to B2B sales by offering customer service to active customers when they contact a rep about a problem. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Drives door-to-door in an assigned territory. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a conversation with homeowners and influence the outcomeQualifies leads as potential Citynet customers by obtaining sufficient information to make a determinationResponsible for residential sales in the assigned area.
