City Wide Property Services is seeking a Facilities Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with commercial property clients throughout the region. Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the primary contact and ensure responsive, professional service.
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance, safety, and liability concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate services and communicate client expectations clearly to internal operations teams.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and identify recurring and additional service opportunities.
- Resolve service issues promptly and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Meet monthly KPIs for inspections, proposals, service tickets, and other performance measures.
- Support and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- At least two years of key account management, client service, or related experience.
- Proven sales ability, including assessing needs and recommending tailored building-maintenance solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership, organization, time-management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements, subject to a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Associate degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $70,300 - $90,000
