We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on generating new business, building relationships and closing complex B2B deals. What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets
- Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs
- Conduct in-person presentation and meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and new business leads within CRM
- Present tailored solutions and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to account management.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on new business generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated hunter mentality driven by prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
