Night Manager
City Wide, a top-notch facility management company is seeking a Night Manager to maintain quality control in client buildings, manage janitorial service providers, and work with the City Wide Facility Solutions Manager on resolving customer issues. Work schedule can be flexible. Night Manager area needed in the Dallas area. Must be willing to work starting at 6pm to 4am. This isn't a janitorial cleaning position.
As a City Wide Night Manager, you will inspect buildings, develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers and crew members, communicate with the City Wide account manager any issues that need immediate attention. Night Managers are a critical part of our Quality Control system and visit multiple buildings each night.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Requirements:
- 6 months of related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prompt, regular attendance
- Reliable transportation a must.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong MS Office experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
