Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Develop and transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Proactively seek and convert outbound sales leads into appointments.
- Assess leads to determine their motivation and financial readiness, and communicate these details to real estate sales agents.
- Maintain and manage the client database and productivity metrics.
- Dedicate time to personal growth through continuous education and practice of scripts.
- Establish yourself as a knowledgeable local expert in real estate.
- Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
- Accurately record activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
